How it works:
Each engagement is different but the structure is consistent. We start by getting a clear picture of what's actually getting in the way — not just the presenting problem, but the pattern underneath it. From there we work on one thing at a time, in real situations, over 4 or 6 months. Your manager is involved throughout so the progress is visible to the people who matter.
Engagement Options:

4-Month Foundation - A focused engagement for leaders working on a specific, time-bound shift.

6-Month Embedded - A deeper engagement for leaders making a more significant transition, with more sustained manager engagement throughout.
Group Programs
For organizations developing multiple leaders at the same time, I offer structured group coaching programs built on the same framework as my 1:1 work. Group programs are designed for cohorts of six to eight leaders at a similar level and combine shared learning with individual accountability.
